I’m just wondering who has it better .. Dan bc he spent 13 straight hours with Adam in a Civic, or Adam bc he spent 13 straight hours with Dan in a Civic. Hmmm. Pls make “Flo Rida – Low” your anthem for the second half of the trip.

Azuki for sake bombing is dece, but my fave is at Sounkyo, on 1st ave in the 50s. All reservations are for 9pm, you go with a group of your friends, it’s all you can drink sake and sapporo (out of red cups, I might add), and the whole restaurant winds up sake bombing together. The times I go with just a group of girl friends, we wind up making a new group of guy friends to go out to bars with after by the end of “dinner”. It’s like Ignighter come to life in sake-drunk glory. Just make a res a week or 2 before you want to go…and be ok with the fact that you’ll get some awkward friend requests on fbook the morning after.

facebook chat buddy lists that let you control who can talk to you and see you’re online would definitely be a good place to start. but for those of us without good excuses to be on fbook while we work, it remains the guiltiest of guilty pleasures- the window you race to minimize when someone walks by. i don’t think i’d feel comfortable leaving it open to chat during the day. now, i’m sure there are offices where a similar shame would apply to gmail. luckily, mine isn’t one of them.
